jilia Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Playing

To register and use jilia, you must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines at the time of play. Providing false details — including a false date of birth, name, or contact information — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

Each person may hold only one account on jilia. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being reviewed. jilia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm that the account holder meets the eligibility criteria, and failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure. jilia will never ask for your password by email, chat, or any other channel, and you should not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately and change your password without delay.

All activity that takes place through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and games played — is considered to have been carried out by you unless you have reported a security issue in advance. You are responsible forensuring that your device and browser are reasonably secure and that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. jilia cannot be held responsible for losses that result from your failure to maintain the security of your own account credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all details of a wager — including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds — are correct before submitting. jilia will not reverse confirmed bets on the basis of a member claiming they made a selection in error, except in cases where a verifiable technical fault on the platform's side caused the incorrect bet to be recorded.

Casino-style game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes, and jilia does not manipulate or interfere with game results. The house edge and return-to-player rates for each game category are inherent to the games themselves and are not altered by jilia. Winnings from games and bets are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round, and any disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within seven days of the result being recorded.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements or pending review processes. Accounts that have been closed voluntarily cannot be reopened — a new account registration would be required, subject to the eligibility conditions in Section 1 of these Terms.

jilia provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond jilia's reasonable control — including internet outages, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events — may temporarily affect access to the platform or the processing of transactions. jilia will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such situations but cannot be held liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, jilia's liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time the claim arises. jilia is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of enjoyment, or losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.
